Cancellation Policy
Pre-Manufacturing Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that manufacturing has not commenced. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Post-Manufacturing Cancellation
- Once manufacturing has started, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued for orders that have entered the manufacturing stage.
Return Policy
No Returns on Sold Goods
- All sales are final. Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair, as applicable.
Custom Orders
- Customized products are made to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
