Combining high strength Polyester mesh and extra thick PVC layers. Total 3 layers, 1st is PVC, 2nd one is polyster mesh, 3rs is again PVC and outerside has UV protection coating to protect it from direct sunlight.

FRAME MATERIAL & DESIGN
We are using strong galvanized steel with optimized shape, hardness and wall thickness.Interior frame exposure to moisture can cause serious rusting issues. Our XTRA frame is made of rust resistant galvanized steel, and the horizontal beams are additionally powder coated inside and out for a powerful rust protection and a long lasting Tent.
