An estimate, not a quote. Each structure is costed at ₹11,00,000 — the unit itself, its deck, the interiors, and a share of the roads, power and water. Running the property takes 65% of what you earn, so you keep 35%. The first year fills up slowly: it opens at 45% of the occupancy you set and reaches it by month twelve. Before tax, and before any loan.

What types of hospitality structures does Campking offer?

Thirteen structures across six collections — safari tents, geodesic domes, panoramic pods, mirror cabins and compact units — from ₹99,000 for a Girigiri Tent to ₹70,00,000 for a Mystique Cabin.

How much land is required to start a project?

Enough for the keys you want, the space between them and the arrival and service areas that make a property work. We read this off your site during the survey rather than quoting a minimum.

What is the average project timeline?

Most projects are completed within 60–90 days, depending on site conditions, infrastructure requirements and project scope. Timelines include planning, installation, fit-outs and final handover.

What ROI can I expect?

It follows your rate and your occupancy, not the structures. At six keys, ₹10,000 a night and 45% occupancy, an all-in build tends to pay back in a little over two years — the project potential section above lets you set your own numbers. The figure is illustrative, not a projection.

Can Campking manage the entire project?

Yes. Site reading and feasibility, masterplan and guest flow, infrastructure and utilities, on-site installation, interiors and amenities, then technology and launch — the six phases set out above.

Can I visit the Experience Centre before investing?

Yes, and you should. Every structure is installed and furnished at our Bangalore centre, open Monday to Saturday, 1:00 – 6:30 pm, by advance booking.
